The Brand Ambassador is an exciting new role, with excellent progression opportunities, within our client’s business providing the highest quality of customer service, ensuring a customer’s every need is met within the dealership and providing the services in a unique way!

The ideal candidates will already have experience in the customer service industry, preferably in retail, and have an eagerness to learn and grow with a client that was won awards for the treatment of its employees.

Promote and embrace the Group Vision, Values, Promises and all other services of the Group when the opportunity arises.

Responsibilities

Develop self in order to maximise personal contribution to the job and attend all training courses required to carry out your role.

Excellent inter-personal skills and have good friendly written and verbal communication skills.

Ensure that all opportunities for the Group to transact business in any product area are communicated to the correct line Manager.

Achieve sales performances which at least meet periodic and annual sales targets, whilst maximising profit gained from each transaction and maintaining the potential for repeat business.

Seek to constantly improve knowledge of vehicles, finance products, warranties and accessories. As well as gain an understanding of consumer protection legislation as it affects new car retail sales.

Have a thorough knowledge of Group guidelines, procedures and Group policies to ensure that they are adhered to by yourself, other employees, suppliers and customers always to reduce any risk to the business.

Pro-actively seek opportunities to promote Mazda brand, generate test drives and ultimately generate purchases.
Assist customers with questions, queries and information on all the models within the fleet.

Arrange appropriate test cars to the customer at their preferred time/location.

Deliver professional tailored test drive experience which is best in class.

Validate the condition of any vehicle to be used as a part exchange.

Support customer in determining/selecting appropriate financing options.
