We are proud to be working with a market leader whose recent restructure has seen growth within the already established team and the opportunity for like minded people to join this successful team who work within the insurance sector.

Job Responsibilities:

The role will be to deal with incoming calls and Manage claims from the initial FNOL call through to final settlement of the customers claim. The role is on a 24 hr rota basis doing shifts.

Full training given.

Preferred Skills:

Basic computer skills required
Call Centre Experience a bonus
Excellent Telephone Manner
Personal Attributes:

Enthusiastic, Vibrant, Positive outlook and a desire to succeed
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
