IT Helpdesk team provides the company’s clients with extremely high levels of support services working within strict SLAs.
Potential candidates will need to demonstrate experience of working in a busy helpdesk team, have a strong commitment to customer service and be able to thrive in an extremely challenging environment.
Experience of the following is essential:
• IT Helpdesk Services
• Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems including Windows Server 2012 R2
• Other Microsoft Applications including Exchange, SQL, MS Office
• Virtualisation (HyperV)
• Active Directory
• Network Topology
Experience of the following would be preferred:
• Virtualisation (VMWare)
